1: Why is the charges & exchange so high?
We do a one time payment only for spree. There will not be a top-up or 2nd payment. This save a lot of time and effort for both parties. Just pay and wait for you item. Just like our parent Lovely Inn. There will only be 2nd payment for extra heavy items like boots, coats, jackets, shoes (In Cat A and B). (depends on weight) also for those merchants that only accept US Credit card.
Unlike others, there are 2nd payment, which you need to do another top up for your items. We believe in a reasonable price for all our value customers.

The 2nd payment is unknown. Therefore in a big picture view will be u purchase from them, then the 2nd shipment plus up together maybe more than what we are charging.
For example. item A cost (1USDx1.5 + SGD2.5) x 1 = SGD$3.5 + 2nd payment (Unknown maybe another $2 or 3). total will be 5-6 bucks.
For our side will be straight forward without any hidden charges. 1USDx1.52 + SGD $2.5 = SGD 3.75
This is a small amount, but if you buy more items, the amount can become even bigger than u see now.

2) What is the shoe sizing for OldNavy? Is it in US or UK size?It’s in USA size chart.
3) How come now got 2nd payment? Didn’t you say there’s no 2nd payment?Hmmm… very hard to explain… chances of asking for 2nd payment for the items are low. Maybe 5% chances that will need for 2nd payment. The following will be the reasons why now I put a 2nd payment. Also for those who do not accept international card, I will got another agency to get for me, therefore there will be a 2nd payment.- Due to GST, some spree will hit the GST (7%)
- for shoes n boots, the weight isn’t the same. I had taken a number of shoes n weight already. More or less is around 500g. For those shoes which are heavier, there will be 2nd payment.- some clothes have metal chain on them which causes an increase in weight, therefore 2nd payment is being charged.Do highlight to me which items you are not sure if there’s 2nd payment. I will reply to you asap and also will update here for everyone. We believe in giving the best service and also at a reasonable price. 2nd payment will be charged if there’s no choice (Low chances). Anyway we are here to help everyone saved $$$. ^_^
4) Why charges so high? I had enough of explaining over and over again. Here is how the charges go about in detail… I am not earning money from you all!!! The only advantages I gain from doing spree is I can gain credit card point plus know more people, like you… ^___^ Below will explain how the charges goes about.I guess some of you know how vpost charge us. Here is one example. Say Forever21. Total items are 10 items. Average weight est is about 4kg (remember still got the box which also carries some weight (if the weight is 3kg and the dimension of the box is consider 4kg then we will be charged as 4kg. The picture below has mention this)), say on an average each item weight about 300-400g (one normal top (shirt) weight about 300g). The cost will be SGD$(13.24 + 4×9.16 = 49.88) for example I round off to SGD$50. each item shipment will be about $5 right? now tell me how much i charge for each item for shipment? top is $3.50 right? there’s a 1.50 I will need to top up right? Do remember I have the exchange rate which I had set higher to off set the 1.50. and of cos I will not just order 1 spree at a time… I will order a few spree at one go to reduce the base charge.Also something if I am unable to hit the min cap I will ask you if you are comfortable to do a topup for the 2nd payment which is the shipment from the shop to the US office. The 2nd payment will be base on the shop how much it charge, normally I encounter is about USD$12, this amount will be shared among the spree ers. If I bear the shipment from shop to US office… Then I will be running -. I am not doing Charity for crying out loud…
heehee (never earn money I still come out money… T.T)Hope after all these explanation, you have a much clearer picture of the whole charges why is it set to this price. If you still find it expensive, then I got nothing to say, I am not an ATM machine or money plant… LOL

6) If the min cap isn’t met, how how? I scare my item OOS by the time it hit the min cap…For spree that doesn’t meet the min cap for 1 to 2 weeks, I will send an email asking the rest of the spree ers in the same spree if they are willing to do a top up for the shipment. Different spree has different 2nd payment top up. Below I will explain the different with 2 case studies:Case 1:Total number of items: 4Total amount: USD$60Free shipment stated in the website: USD$100 (min cap USD$120 (set USD $20 more to act as a safety margin to be able to obtain free shipment from Shop to US Office))
The spree is more than 2 weeks: Send email to spree er within this spree to ask if spree er are willing to top up then 2nd payment. (About USD$12)
Additional cost for each item will be USD$12/4 which is USD$3 (subjected to the cost of the items. if each spree er total amount is close to the same, then I will use item to divide the additional shipping cost, if the amount for each spree er is far apart, i will use dollar to divide out the shipping cost)
Next I will inform everyone in the web that the spree need to have a top up, and will close within 2 days more.
Once closed, will finalise the 2nd payment to each spree er, and just seat back and relax, no more 2nd payment needed.
To Add on to this, if there’s spree er who request for closing of the spree who worry abt OOS, you will need to pay additional fee. Say there are 3 spree ers, A, B, C. A requested for closing of Spree, B and C okay with top up. Total additional shipment fee = USD$12. Each spree er pay USD$4. But A need to pay USD$5, then B and C will have the reducing of shipment fee which instead of paying USD$4, they need to pay USD$3.5.
Case 2 (Most likely will cancel & refund):
Total number of items: 1
Total amount: USD$20
Free shipment stated in the website: USD$100 (min cap USD$120 (set USD $20 more to act as a safety margin to be able to obtain free shipment from Shop to US Office))
The spree is more than 2 weeks: Send email to spree er within this spree to ask if spree er are willing to top up then 2nd payment. (About USD$12)
Additional cost: Since only 1 item you need to bear the full shipment. USD$12 (Not worth!!!) Plus on top of that, there’s another 2nd payment from US to Singapore. another $10 plus… (the cost of the item is USD$20 the shipment is about USD$20+) (my view: super not worth…)
No point sending in order to Shop. Spree will cancel and refund the money back to you.
6)What type of material is the brush made of for ELF?
Seller quoted this to me “All our brushes are made from natural horse hair and genuine wood handles.”
