   Maybe cause of the lightings that why it looks a bit different in colour.

   Overall is good, though the spree takes like more than a month to complete but the items recieved is of expectation. =)

   Sorry for the long delay, we have already noted this delay and have already change to reduce the delay caused.

   Currently there are a few spree on the way that is less than 1 mth already.

    I have not received my goods after nearing 2months

    (the order was send in on 13th Nov 08 and today is 4th Jan 09, also i have stated in my T&C that “Any delay or unforeseen circumstances might happen at merchant’s & custom side! Do not blame Lovely Inn as the owner is just a Spree Organizer not the seller!”).

    I emailed many times to chk on my status but all my replies were asking me to chk on the closed spree status

    (I have stated that once i have update i will update in the website then physically email everyone).

    As I am anxious abt the delivery, I ordered my products for my coming holiday in January. I emailed again to try asking abt the status, all i get was to chk on the closed spree status again. Frankly I was not happy abt the reply I got, and I said being a customer, we hope to get more details like the estimated time of delivery

    (It was stated when you have send in your order it’s stated 1.5 mths to 2 mths of waiting time).

    We were told they will be on holiday and be back by 2nd jan, I asked before if Im able to collect my goods after, they said yes

    (I have stated i will update on the status once the items, I did not say once I reached back to Singapore, you will be able for collection).

    Now I am still asking to chk on the website after so many times.

    They finally sent me an email as below:

    1st I do not treat you as a customer as I am not earning from this
    2nd this is a spree as I treat everyone equal and the total waiting time is 1.5 mths to 2 mths.
    3rd once I have updated my the agent I will update in the site

    I will still be waiting for my goods EVEN IM NOT TREATED AS A CUSTOMER, cos Ive paid for everything!

    
    I have replied u via email. below is my reply

    Spree is just for me to gain traffic for selling my instock items to gain profit from instock items only.

    I also did ask my agent many time abt the status and she has told me she is waiting for the items to reach her, this is within agent & my control as the waiting time have to depend on the seller side.

    I understand that you are worry as this is your 1st time joining my spree & need me to produce you a accurate delivery time but I am unable to promise or confirm with you at the moment as I am not the seller, it’s really within my control as we all have to depend on seller side.

    I have stated a lot of times that once I have update from the agent I will update on my website & total waiting time is 1.5 mths to 2 mths. I believe that you have read through my terms & conditions before joining my spree so as to prevent misunderstanding.

    Rest assured that I will update in my website once agent revert to me the status.
    I do not want to make blank promises & give you an inaccurate information of the delivery time so as not to disappoint you if any unforeseen delay arise.
